Mönichkirchen is located in Lower Austria in the district of Neunkirchen. At an altitude of 957m, the municipality is located in the south-east of Lower Austria on the border to Styr-ia. Mönichkirchen is a health resort with a healthy climate.
How to get there
You can reach Mönichkirchen by public transport at the interchange via Aspang Markt station (in the REX from Wiener Neustadt) and bus line 1758.
By car you can reach Mönichkirchen from the north via the Südautobahn (A2) to the Ed-litz-Grimmenstein exit and follow the B54 in the direction of Graz. Coming from the south, turn off at Friedberg onto the B54 towards Vienna.
